3. Experimental and beta software

AIVM's protocol, blockchain, oracle, agent-runtime, testnets, and developer previews are early-stage and provided "as is" for evaluation. They may contain errors, change, or be discontinued. Do not rely on them for production or high-value use without your own testing and diligence. Testnet assets have no value.

4. What AIVM verifies, and what it does not

AIVM provides infrastructure designed to attest to the identity, authorization, and provenance of actions taken by autonomous agents, and to produce verifiable records of what occurred. AIVM does not warrant, endorse, or take responsibility for the correctness, quality, legality, or fitness for any purpose of any AI model output, agent decision, third-party service, or on-chain action. In short: AIVM helps prove what happened; it does not guarantee that what happened was correct or appropriate. Responsibility for agent behavior and its consequences remains with the operator of that agent.

5. Digital assets and blockchain risk

Interacting with blockchain networks and digital assets involves significant risk, including price volatility, irreversible transactions, smart-contract vulnerabilities, and evolving regulation. AIVM is not offering any token or security. You are solely responsible for the transactions and instructions you or your agents authorize.

6. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

7. Third-party content and links

We are not responsible for third-party websites, software, or content that we link to or that interoperate with the Services. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

8. Availability and jurisdiction

The Services may not be available or appropriate in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful where you are located.
