This Privacy Policy explains how AIVM Technologies S.A. ("AIVM", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit our websites, use our Services, or otherwise interact with us. AIVM is the data controller for the processing described here.

When you contact us, join a waitlist, request access, subscribe, or apply for a role, we may collect your name, email address, company, and any information you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically
When you use our websites or Services, we may automatically collect log and usage data such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, using cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Public blockchain data
Interactions with public blockchain networks (for example, wallet addresses and transactions) are recorded on those public ledgers. That data is public, is not controlled by AIVM, and by design generally cannot be altered or deleted.

- to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- to monitor, secure, and protect the Services against fraud and abuse;
- to analyze usage and understand how the Services are used;

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Autoridad Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (ANTAI) in Panama. The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us.
